05 / LEAN + AI AGENTS

Lean Operations with AI.

We combine Lean tools and AI agents to analyze processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement and automation.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Objectives and
working approach.

We work on plant processes, maintenance and administration. We map tasks and evaluate where automation is appropriate, where it requires human approval, and where it is worth gathering more information before moving forward.

  • Process and task map
  • Opportunities evaluated with traceable criteria
  • Agents with defined scope and approvals
  • Indicators to measure and adjust implementation

HOW WE WORK

Three stages.
AI agents throughout the process.

Consultants, the client team and AI agents work within a defined scope, using shared criteria and traceable decisions.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We map processes and tasks using SIPOC, VSM and swimlane diagrams. We assess automation feasibility using consistent criteria.

    Deliverable

    Process map and prioritized opportunities.

  2. 02

    Implementation

We configure agents for the selected tasks: inputs, decision logic, actions, and human approval points.

    Deliverable

Agents with defined functions and limits.

  3. 03

    Ongoing support and measurement

We track accuracy, time saved, and approval rate. We review performance and adjust agents when the process changes.

    Deliverable

Indicators and a continuous improvement circuit.

LEAN DIAGNOSIS RESULT

The level of automation
is defined by task.

We evaluate the nature of the decision, the frequency and volume, and the cost or reversibility of an error.

Direct automation

Tasks with clear rules, high frequency and reversible errors. The agent acts within the agreed scope.

Assistance with approval

Tasks with mixed criteria or costly errors. The agent recommends and a person approves.

She is not yet a candidate

Tasks that require tacit judgment, present low frequency or high risk. Information is gathered for future evaluation.

IMPLEMENTATION

Tools and application criteria.

Know the purpose and scope of each stage or methodology of the service.

SIPOC/VSM01

Process mapping

We delimit the scope with SIPOC and identify times, variability and inventories with VSM. A task map details who decides, with what information and what action is produced.

We recorded the input type, decision frequency, and error reversibility.

Feasibility02

Evaluation of opportunities

We rate each task from 1 to 3 based on the nature of the decision, its frequency and volume, and the cost or reversibility of errors.

The evaluation distinguishes direct automation, assistance with human approval, and tasks that are not yet candidates.

Agents03

Deployment by task

We configure each agent based on the data, logic, and decision criteria of the prioritized task.

We define your inputs, recommendations or actions, human approval points and feedback loop.

Tracking04

Measurement and adjustment

We agree on indicators of accuracy, time saved and approval rate to evaluate performance.

Tracking allows you to adjust agents and review opportunities when the process changes.
