We offer introductory courses and advanced training to implement methodologies with the client’s team. Technology transfer brings together knowledge, decision criteria and practice to build capabilities within the organization.
Introductory and advanced training
RCM2 course
We identify the functions of the assets, their functional failures, their causes and their consequences. With this analysis, the team determines which proactive tasks are appropriate and when a redesign or other strategy is appropriate.
Reliability concepts, asset functions and failure consequences. A foundation for understanding the methodologies and building a common language across operations, maintenance and engineering.
To learn the concepts, scope and criteria of each methodology. They help build a common language and an understanding of when and why to apply it.
Advanced implementation training
To explore analysis processes, documentation and application decisions in greater depth. Training prepares the team to participate in implementation using shared technical criteria.
Transfer to day-to-day work
We connect training with the methodologies we implement so that knowledge stays within the organization. The team develops the capabilities to apply, review and update analyses and plans with the agreed support from Ellmann.
Training supports all three stages.
During diagnosis we identify training needs; during implementation we develop the knowledge needed to apply the tools; during continuity we support review and updates.
Training also covers how to work with the AI agents supporting implementation: what information to provide, how to review their proposals and which decisions require human validation. Methodological judgment remains with people.
We define the scope and training level according to the methodology, participants’ experience and application objectives. Contact us about courses in RCM2, RCA, CBM, RCS, MTA, Lean and the other methodologies in our offering.
